Simon Davey brings decades of professional experience to Swarm FC as the Managing Director. A UEFA Pro License holder, Simon’s career spans elite player development, coaching, and management at the highest levels.
Simon leads Swarm FC’s partnership with Brentford FC, aligning the club’s programming with Premier League standards. His strategic vision focuses on nurturing technical excellence, tactical intelligence, and personal growth for players at every level.
JACK COLLISON
DIRECTOR OF METHODOLOGY
Jack Collison, a former Premier League and Welsh International midfielder, brings over a decade of elite experience as a player and coach. A UEFA Pro License holder,
Jack has coached at West Ham United and in Major League Soccer, specializing in player development.
At Swarm FC, Jack oversees development pathways and aligns them with the Brentford FC partnership, driving a holistic approach to talent growth and elevating the club’s standards.
